2020 Annual General Meeting: The Highlights
On 7 August 2020, PRCA Malaysia held its 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM), virtually! The meeting was attended by members and Exco of PRCA Malaysia.
Among the items discussed at the AGM included the President’s Report, the 2019 Audited Financial Report by the Treasurer as well as a dialogue with members on the possible activities for 2020 and 2021. The AGM also elected the new Exco for the 2020/ 2022 term. The election for this year’s Exco was especially interesting and a first in PRCA Malaysia’s history as it was all done virtually, where members nominated and cast their votes digitally!
