Annual General Meeting 2018
The Executive Committee of the Public Relations Consultants’ Association of Malaysia (PRCA Malaysia) is pleased to invite you to the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
The details of the Annual General Meeting are as follows:
- Date: Tuesday, 3 April 2018
- Time: 4.30 pm
- Venue: Weber Shandwick Suite 9-03, Level 9, Wisma Mont Kiara, No. 1 Jalan Kiara, 50480 Kuala Lumpur
The business of the Annual General Meeting shall be:
- To confirm the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting held in the preceding year
- To receive and approve the report of the outgoing Executive Committee
- To receive and approve the audited Statement of Accounts for the preceding year
- To elect biennially the members of the Executive Committee
- To elect two Auditors
- To transact any business on the agenda of which notice in writing shall have been received by the Secretary at least one week before the Annual General Meeting
The Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting, Statement of Accounts and the Report have been emailed to all members.
Please confirm your attendance no later than Monday, 26 March 2018 with the Secretariat (secretariat@prcamalaysia.org) to facilitate arrangements for refreshments and seating.
