In managing clients, we are bound to come across difficult situations with clients and these scenarios are often the result of miscommunication and misaligned expectations. Knowing how to respond goes a long way in the relationships you build with your clients. As such, PRCA Malaysia conducted a training session on “Managing Expectations: How to Manage Difficult Conversations with Client” to help participants approach difficult conversations with confidence and manage them skilfully.
